Terms & Conditions
Bookings
A booking is for the service and the number of units selected (for example 2 kitchens or 3 bathrooms), at the fixed price per unit shown on the service. The time shown is an estimate.
Payment
The amount shown in the booking form is payable by UPI using the QR code provided. A booking is confirmed once we verify the payment and call you.
Extra work
If you want more units on the day (one more bathroom, one more room), each is charged at the same fixed price, only with your approval. Cleaning material is provided by you unless the service says otherwise.
Rescheduling & cancellation
Call or WhatsApp us at least 3 hours before the slot to reschedule or cancel. Paid bookings cancelled in time are refunded to the same UPI account.
Access & safety
Please ensure water and electricity are available and that the cleaner has safe access to the areas to be cleaned. Heights beyond a standard ladder are not cleaned.
