What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, contact number, address, city, and the date, time and hours of the booking. If you enter a UPI reference number, we store that too.
Why we collect it
Only to deliver the service: to send a cleaner to your address, call you to confirm, and match your UPI payment to your booking.
Payments
Payments are made directly from your UPI app to our UPI ID. We never see or store your bank, card or UPI PIN details.
Sharing
Your address and phone number are shared only with the cleaner assigned to your booking. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Your choices
Call or WhatsApp us to correct or delete your booking details at any time.
